Return Policy

We care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Each item is handcrafted in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients, and we stand behind our work.

 

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details.

 

For any quality concerns after delivery, our customer care team will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. To request a replacement, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

 

Please note: many of our masks are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately after each use, as stated in the product instructions. Proper storage is essential to maintaining freshness and effectiveness.
